The location was the only good thing about our stay at this B &B hotel. Other locations of the chain in other countries have been absolutely brilliant…shame this one was so awful

The breakfast was great. Housekeeping was everyday.
The breakfast was great. Housekeeping was everyday. Staff is friendly. They will arrange taxi for you. But the room was small. No phones on the room. Hair dryers need to be borrowed with ten euros deposit. Only heaters in the room so you have to open windows. Bathrooms were small but clean. It's a clean hotel but don't expect too much on a two star hotel. It was only 15 minutes away from the arc de triomphe which was great. Through taxi ofcourse. It's a good place if you are on a budget. But it won't come with everything. It's not exactly a holiday inn hotel. My mother loved the croissants here on this hotel! It is good.

Hotel is close to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre and has also good connection to the city centre. There are not many places to go out in the evening, but on the other hand the neibourghood is quite safe at night.

The cost of a standard room in this hotel is 59 €...They says that the price can raise up to 200 € when there is activity at the exposition center at Porte de Versailles. I paid 159 € ... without breakfast !!!
Here is a short list of what I did not like in this hotel:
- The sink in the bathroom was clogged.
- There was no more soap in the dispenser.
- Only one bath towel ... and mold in the shower
- It was like living next to the subway, even on the sixth floor.
- You can hear neighbors talking / coughing
For 59 €, yes .... for 159 €, definitely not!

I arrived early, so they weren't able to accommodate me when I arrived. I came back an hour later and had to wait in the corridor near my room whole the manager finished an inspection--which I appreciate since it meant they cared about giving me a clean and proper room. The sector isn't the sexiest area of Paris, but it suited me perfectly. The room was quiet and comfy, and the breakfasts were good. I would definitely stay there again

Quite neighborhood with close proximity to metro station within 5 minutes walk. Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants available in the near vicinity. Small rooms and no toiletries provided. A strange smell present in lobby and on our floor. No space for luggage in the rooms. Ordinary breakfast. House cleaning not up to the standard expectations.

It is a very good value for money and great staff ready to help is an extra benefit for sure. I had to attend expo at port versailles centre and location was just right within about 12min on Uber at a reasonable cost.
The hosts were wonderful, and could not do enough for us. We had delicious French pastries and warm baguettes delivered each morning, and there were treats and extra touches from home everywhere.
The bed was firm, but extra long and surprisingly comfortable.
Parking was easy (a bonus for Paris!) but it was also very easy to get to the metro, and the area was safe.
We would not hesitate to recommend this place - an absolute delight!
The room was excellent value for money. The optional breakfast was great when we didn't have time to get food before our plans for the day. There are some lovely crepe and bakery shops within walking distance in Malakoff, and the area was pleasant to return to after a day of sightseeing. Staff were very kind. We had no issues with using the wifi from our 1st floor room.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and the hotel itself were clean. Really enjoyed the little garden, which was accessible 24/7 and we could freely enjoy our drinks and snacks. Location in terms of metro was amazing, overall quite a pleasant and silent district, was feeling safe walking around.
Room was spacious
The hotel is a bit far away from the main attractions but close to a metro line which is very convenient to move around in Paris
Staff was really nice and helpful
There’s a bar/restaurant downstairs that opens early and closes late
The staff were really excellent, very accommodating for our requests during a very difficult time for our family (we suffered a bereavement). Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable if a little small - it's Paris. We recommend the hotel.
Multiple reason to choose this hotel....
Metro and bus station very close which makes it easy to move arround. Clean place with nice staff. Great bakery and market around the corner. Fridge and kitchenette in the room was very convinient.
the house is comfortable and close to central Paris. Benoit was so nice and open to have conversations, but we left the house t 8am. he wanted to prepare breakfast for us but we had to rush. he is kind. i recommend this B&B :)
The room was spacious, comfortable and extremely quiet. The wifi worked well and there was ample space for cooking. The hotel isn't in central Paris but it's quick to get around so this didn't make much of a difference.
The room was comfortable and the staff were nice. The breakfast is good but there were no many options to pick from. The location of the hotel is good, it was 20 mins walk from Porte De Versailles where the event was.
I liked the breakfast, the team working there always very polite & professional. It is also a very quiet place, I did not even sleep with ear plugs (usually I need to in hotels), so really good overall.
Hotel is easy to find and in a quiet street. Reception was friendly. The wash basin in the room was clean. There are shops close by and Malakoff is a friendly suburb of Paris.
Staff is good, ready to help
Room was fairly clean, except for the floor
Location is pretty chill, there is a shop across the hotel and many places to eat
