We went to Auch to visit my brother and niece. The property was a short distance from Auch in lovely country side.
Very peaceful. The dining room looked very inviting but sadly we did not get an opportunity to eat there.

We loved everything about our gite. It was so comfortable, clean and our host Clement was exceptionally helpful and what a fabulous cook he is!
We were delighted to have found such a beautiful place. You definitely need your own transport as taxis are really really expensive. Overall it was a magical few days spent in Barbarens.

Clean, spacious room for the price, nicely decorated that doesn’t make it feel like hospital as it happens in some other budget hotels in France. Location in the heart of town. Easy to find.
Had dinner there and the restaurant was excellent. We sat outside through a fabulous thunderstorm but the staff braved the rain and still served us with grace and good humour. Hotel is simple but good value. Restaurant gets full marks all round.
