This is a gorgeous location in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, very close to trails. My husband and I had an amazing stay at Le Sahuc. The room was lovely decorated, the toiletries organic and high quality, something that I appreciate very much.
We had dinner at the hotel, the food was exceptional. Wish we had stayed a few more nights but we hope to return.

Amazing and very genuine welcome from Charlie which was lovely at the end of a long journey.
A very personal service on dinner . Charlie was more than happy to make us a dinner based on our vegetarian requirements and served us produce from his own garden. All was presented beautifully.
Breakfast was continental style and a very generous range and quantity of baked goods with good quality preserves .Tea and coffee and juices.
Comfy bed and warm room . Very reasonably priced meals and accommodation.

I wrote this review immediately after our stay in May, but unsure what happened to it. We absolutely loved our stay at B&B Maison des Etoiles Chambre d'hôtes. In fact we enjoyed it so much, we stayed an extra night. The room was gorgeous, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Michael and Hugues were very welcoming and friendly and Michael is an excellent chef. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and sharing two of our courses with Michael and Hugues. Not only are they excellent company, but they also shared their knowledge of the area, suggesting places of interest.
Should we visit France again, we would absolutely love to repeat our very pleasant experience at their lovely accommodation and we would 100% recommend this as the perfect place to stay while travelling around Provence. Breakfast was fabulous too!
