Needed one night stay next to the Rouen university. The staff was extremely nice, I spoke my broken French, but they speak English too. The parking is not included, but if you ask in advance, its about 8 euro/day. Big bonus is that the parking is in enclosed parking space with cameras and you can leave your car there up to 5 pm on the day you're leaving (but ask the desk before - they might be full). Breakfast was very nice with some local foods.

Location was ideal, right in the middle of the historic centre and opposite the palace of justice, the views out of the window were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they tried to speak as much English as they could which we were most appreciative of.
This hotel is located in central Rouen, in a pedestrian area, just 850 metres from Rouen Rive-Droite Station. It offers en suite rooms and an interior courtyard with flowers and trees.
My car broke down right near the hotel, so my stay was unplanned and last minute.
All I needed was a cheap room while I sorted my car out.
It's not the cleanest Hotel, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well.
If you're just looking for a cheap stopover this place is OK and I'd stay again.
For that price you cant expect miracles but I think it's fair.
