Very nice breakfast! Hassan who run the restaurant was very polite and helpful.
The staff in the reception was wonderful, they helped us a lot when I broke my arm and needed to go to hospital. We could keep the room for some extra hours which was a great help as I was in a bad condition.

Easy check in and very helpful booking restaurant table for us. Not able to use breakfast facilities because of leaving at 5am for early flight. Room was very good and the bathroom was extremely good. Easy to find and the parking worked well - Restaurant (also offer room service) was very good we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and felt for the type of cuisine the choice was very good. Nice atmosphere and obviously popular locally as well as Hotel guests.
Room was very spacious. The mattresses were very comfortable. Double glazed windows so very quiet to sleep. Big heavy curtains that blocked out the daylight for sleeping with a shutter on the window if you wanted more darkness. The restaurant next door was ideal, plus there was a Taco restaurant and a pizza restaurant just down the road. The hotel was only a 10 minute drive to the airport at Bordeaux.
Bus stops nearby to get into the centre ville.
Hotel is clean and newly refurbished. The beds are comfortable, rooms quite spacious, breakfast tasty. No problem with parking either. It met all our needs and expectations. Thank you!
