Good location with easy access to autoroutes
Despite being advised that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday (edit advised to booking.com), the staff made a special arrangement to provide a very good dinner. We were very grateful.

Perfect location for an overnight stop.
We had requested a downstairs room because we have a dog. When we arrived we had been allocated a 2nd floor room (without lift). The receptionist quickly changed the room for a downstairs one.
The room was clean and bed comfy.
The included breakfast was traditional continental (bread, jam, pastries, coffee) but was very nice and much appreciated.
Plenty of parking, right outside the local police station.
There was a small supermarket a few hundred metres down the road, for essentials.
There was a vending machine which had drinks/snacks and a couple of ready meals for €5.50 with a microwave alongside, to heat up.
Hotel ARBOR - Les Hunaudieres - Le Mans Sud - Mulsanne is located 10 km south of Le Mans and 5 km from the Automobile Museum. It offers a non heated outdoor swimming pool and a partly covered terrace....

Amazing location right on the Mulsanne Straight if you like that sort of thing which I do. Hotel is clean, well equipped and with very friendly staff. Secure car parking. Just one thing to note is that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. I knew this and took small kettle etc. Other than I can recommend this hotel.
