I have visited this hotel before and I expect that I shall stay there again in the future. The rooms are not huge, but not exactly small either. The staff, especially the manageress, are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. The car park is adjacent to the hotel and is protected by CCTV and is closed off at night (access is still possible for guests). There is also a large, secured bike room for those wishing to ride the nearby cols. There are several good restaurants nearby and hotel staff will make reservations for you, if asked.

The staff was very friendly. The chalet-like interiors of the hotel were very enjoyable.
Location was great. Near lifts and restaurants. Ski hire shop in the hotel and a great ski locker which is secured with your room key. It had a heated boot warmer so we were putting warm boots on each morning. The steam room, sauna and pool are nice although they do get a little over crowded.
The bread service was very handy each morning.
I like all staff they are amazing and very helpful and I would like to mention a name here.
