Andrea was very nice and was attentive to all our needs and then some giving us some breads, butter and other treats. Her and her husband were exceptional hosts.

The Hotel Astoria is located in the center of Nantes, opposite the SNCF train station. It provides peaceful accommodations with free Wi-Fi internet access.
It was a nice surprise to find that when we were checking in to find that the Irish Rugby team were staying there for their games against Tonga for the Rugby World Cup. The atmosphere in the hotel weals amazing and the me staff were super friendly. Location was perfect with plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
The restaurant was excellent and did a really good job when we were there. I thought the bar was nice as well but could use more beer selections. The hotel and rooms are showing a little age and could likely use some remodeling in the future but overall where very clean and nice.
Very comfortable (large) room with balcony in recently refurbished part of the hotel. Lovely swimming pool set amongst tropical gardens and excellent restaurant with a very reasonable set daily menu.
