Stunning place, over 200 years old. Tastefully decorated and spacious, comfortable (and beautifully made) beds. Huge garden for kids to run. And the friendliest host ever - happy to share tips about the area, found for us a restaurant still open and prepared an amazing breakfast. The packed lunch he got us was enough for an army (and so delicious!). We will be coming back for more.

What a beautiful property, lovely collection of buildings, great outdoor space. The property was originally a family home, now with guest rooms that are really like staying in a good friend’s home. The hosts are simply wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Not too far off the beaten track but enough to sleep in perfect tranquility. Will definitely stay here again - if they have space!

Great location, very convenient. Room recently refurbished, spacious and clean - very comfortable. Enjoyed the garden with the kids. Carel and Dominique are very nice hosts who made our stay memorable. Breakfast was great. Hope to come back!
