Because 2 of jan the restaurant was closed we were advised to visit
Bistro de Casino, 5 minutes by car.
In the dark not easy to drive, but on the parking in front of the casino building what way to go ?
Finally the someone came to show us the way along three times deep down stares in the dark !
You better never advise this place in winter and rain. We found it very dangerous.
The staf did not tell us te have a front door key coming back, so we had to nock on a window.

You don't have high expectations from/demands for these types of hotels and it is exactly what you get. Small room, bed to sleep and shower in the morning, all for a small price. No complaints, no highlights.
Note, the entrance for parking is to the right of the hotel and if you get there from the other direction you naturally think to take the left before the hotel to the large parking lot behind the hotel (but this is paid parking).

Good central location. Nice little apartment - well-furnished and equipped. Really good fridge - we didn't self-cater but it would have been a good place to do that. Plenty of nice cafes nearby - but we ate at the Michelin starred restaurant Ste Walfrid, a short walk along the river. One excellent reason for staying here.
