Excellent location, close to Jarnac and Cognac and the pretty village of Bourg Charente, and we had a very warm welcome from the owner, Magali. The apartment was spacious and well appointed, extremely comfortable and very clean, perfect for our one night stay, but would be a great base for several days. Highly recommended. Lovely welcome. Interesting and different hotel. Lovely room, very quiet even though it was in a central location. Easy walk to the River Charente. Easy parking. We had an enjoyable meal in the hotel's restaurant nearby. Breakfast very good. Overall a lovely and pleasant experience.

Perfect for an overnight stop - we were confused that we were not in the main hotel but was shown the rooms the opposite side of the street and the room was very nice with tea and coffee making facilities. It was not a problem. Staff were very helpful. And very close to restaurants for an evening meal

Every thing in the hotel is marvellous and luxurious! The room is well and conveniently equipped with all necessary items like usb plugs. The bathroom has fantastic shower, bath robes. The garden is beautiful and full of herbs. Both Restaurants are great. The best part is staff who goes extra miles to help you. Morgan at reception is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Zagnar in breakfast is so lovely who’s proud of her work and make the breakfast time enjoyable
