The hotel was great. I arrived by train and easily found the nearest tram stop. The trams in Nantes are really good; free at the weekend and the hotel is a short walk from the nearest stop. The staff were really friendly and helpful and they spoke perfect English. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city and is close to all the attractions.
