Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodation (special mention to the charming bilingual young lady who checked us in). However the breakfast was extremely overpriced for very basic provisions which we essentially had to prepare ourselves (it is provided self-service style in the kitchen of the building). Very standard bread and pastries, nothing special. No fresh juice or fruit. Coffee from a machine. If you want anything cooked, you are expected to make it yourself. Disappointing for the price.
