the personnel was superhelpful and friendly, facilities were clean, the rooms were serviceable and the location of the hotel was very practical, close to both main railway stations and the city centre.

Location was brilliant. Staff in reception didn't speak very good English but were very helpful. Staff in the breakfast room were friendly and the breakfast was great
