What a dump. Sold as a hotel this was a hostel not appropriate for children. It smelt like weed. The beds were unmade it was awful. The whole building smelt like pee and the shared toilets were like something out of a movie.

staff is very rude uneducated. I forgot my shoes in the room and called later. They confirmed that the sneakers sport shoes were found and they will send to me. But a week later they are sending me a picture of cheap sandals to confirm if they are mine. Thiefs
I love the "bien-etre" space. It is still our favourite staycation venue. Love the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff both hotel and spa. I love the idea of the welcome refreshments for the suite guests though the last time I went there, they forgot and I had to request.
Every colleague was kind, thoughtful, welcoming and helpful.
Our rooms were clean, tidy, well-equipped and a good size with plenty of storage.
The hotel was ideally located for our needs.
It was ok, not 5 star by any means, the outdoor area is nice, hotel is big but older, rooms are spacious, they do supply coffee and tea in room, the spa is nice.
