This is a really beautiful place. A 10 minute drive off the highway, through great rural France and then you end up in a quiet, clean, nice, gorgeous, friendly green place with hammocks, a fresh swimmingpool , a trampoline and swing for the kids and a great dinner/glass of wine. I liked the couple who runs this a lot. Go there.

Hôtel Restaurant Vuillot has a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. The location is a short drive from the A39 autoroute. The hosts and staff are charming and welcoming to guests and the hotel has a family-friendly swimming pool. The food and wine on offer in the restaurant is first class and the breakfasts are excellent. A much better place to stay than the chain hotels on the autoroute. We have stayed several times and are sad to leave when we continue our journey.

We loved the setting of the château. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The room was functional and very good value for price. With a little fixer- upper it would be very good. We ate in the beautiful restaurant. Very clean and well lit with very crisp and white tablecloths and napkins. The meal was ABSOLUTELY delicious. The best truffle risotto ever, The famous Bresse chicken to perfection and a dessert of tulle with mascarpone cream and amaretti cherries was to die for!! I’m not surprised it was full with residents and non- residents- even in a Wednesday!! Breakfast was standard but I was still full from the night before so it was just right for me.
