The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite and went over and above.
The location of the property was excellent with the most amazing views of Carcassonne . On arrival, we were upgraded to a luxury room.

The food was amazing and so were the waiters or extremely friendly and bending over backwards to give us what we asked for .
The breakfast also was very good.

Great location to castle and walking distance into town. The staff were very helpful and always greeted you when they saw you. They even offered an umbrella for our friends when it was raining. Well done to staff. Great view from the bar rooftop overlooking the castle. Definitely worthwhile sitting up there at sunset.

Fun for little kids, including a really fun bunk bed. Everything is medieval-themed. Breakfast was excellent. Brilliant location too, just 10min walk from the medieval city, which our 3 year old managed. So much to do in Carcassonne- we could have stayed for 3-4 days.

The location is perfect just outside of the castle and the views, grounds and facilities were fantastic. The staff were so pleasant and helpful, it was a lovely place to stay. The bar overlooking the castle and gardens was lovely to sit in and the addition of playing cards on the table was really fun. Breakfast was really good with heaps of food.
