Staff were very kind and helpful! They generously accommodated my extra requests and enquiries and couldn't have been nicer. Really contributed to my enjoyable stay. Room was clean and pleasant.
The hotel is set in a small but lovely park which I wished I'd had more time to explore. I did go for a short walk though after check out before my train and it was beautiful. (Be warned though, the picturesque building in photos is not the actual hotel building!)

Clean room, lovely staff and fabulous breakfast. Free parking a bonus, with excellent security gate at entrance. The grounds are lovely and relaxing with plenty of trees to look at during breakfast. When the weather is nice it's easy to sit outside to have meals. Pets are welcome, so it was nice to see families with their little dogs travelling with them.

Compact room which was very clean and functional. The staff were really attentive and the breakfast was value for money. Nothing negative to say about the property.

We stayed here as an overnight stop travelling back North. The hotel was easy to find. It has a small carpark. The staff were very friendly, and made checking in very easy. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. The room was comfortable and we slept really well (really large comfortable bed). I can't comment on breakfast as we had an early start. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. Would we stay here again.. definitely.

Built around the medieval mansion, this hotel is very cozy. The room was big and clean, with a convenient and comfortable bed. The lady at the reception spoke very good English and was extremely helpful.
