Absolutely beautiful hotel, has everything you need. The food is fantastic in a gorgeous location. It’s very peaceful, there is a pool and a games room. The owners, a gentleman and his wife who is also the chef are absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and myself could not be happier to have stayed here’s we extended for two extra nights. Five stars !

The building is a large 19thC mansion which stands in the remnants of its own park, about b10 minutrs walk from the centre of this small town. There is a pizza restaurant within the grounds and several other choices in the town itself. The woman who looks after the place is helpful, welcoming and knowledgable. Our room had a separate sitting area with a small, basic kitchen corner.

Very good breakfast, freshly scrambled eggs. Very friendly owner. The location was excellent and we could walk into the little town for the restaurants, and the little river at the bottom of the road was quite picturesque.
