The perfect location to visit the pretty town. Literally a 3 minute walk across the private bridge to start of historic centre. We were able to park for free and leave the car securely until we could check in.
The staff were very friendly and professional to welcome us and provide milk on request for a morning cup of tea! The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. Great storage and bathroom size. Beds were comfortable enough for a night, but not sure for longer as quite soft, which is more of a personal opinion.
We used the spa and enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the bistrot restaurant on site. We checked out early to enjoy the fabulous Saturday market and were able to leave the car parked until we departed later in the day.

The staff at l'auberge are exceptionally friendly making the atmosphere very comfortable. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The balconies overlooking the pool make the accomodation very special. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was.
We loved the pool and the flexibility of the owners, they let us stay in the pool after checkout.

Very old traditional French property. We were met by our host Didier and his grandson on arrival, and made to feel very welcome. Safe parking for our motorcycle. A very charming and welcoming family. The whole property is steeped in history and beautifully decorated in keeping with its past, artifacts and images everywhere! Very ckean and comfortable. Breakfast outstanding, all homemade and taken in the most amazing internal courtyard....a must for any visitor to Maison d'Almes.
