We've stayed at this hotel on many occasions - using it as a halfway point between Calais and Tignes. It has never disappointed - secure parking on site which means we don't have to empty our car for the overnight stay. The hotel is geared towards families with loads of entertainment options for children of all ages in the lobby area. The room was comfortable even with the sleeper couch made up for my daughter. We had dinner at the restaurant which was lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful in the lead up to our stay.

Really helpful and kind staff on reception. We did not use any of the facilities outside the room. Facilities in the room were basic but worked appropriately. No real complaints.

Good hotel for an overnight heading down to the 3 valleys. Family room was large and clean. Beds not massively comfortable but all perfectly acceptable. Buffet breakfast good and lots of parking.

The staff were friendly you could get a late beer and a bite to eat and it was close to the convention centre I was forced to pick an item up from.

Hotel has a private parking, 24h reception. hotel is close to Airport and there are shops nearby. It takes 30 minutes to get to city centre.
Currently is hotel under reconstruction, that was kind of a surprise in the morning when drilling started.
Room was clean in general, although we found a loong hair in the bathroom (under the bathroom towel), little small hairs on the sheets, spiderwebs in the corner..
Well designed hotel with great facilities, everything had been thought of for a pleasant hotel stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was good value for money. Would stay again.
