Hosts were very welcoming and shared great local knowledge, breakfast great. Good value for money too.
The D-Day Beaches and Bayeux and in easy reach. There is a fantastic small town on the doorstep with great local eateries. Brevands is close to good road networks but is far enough away to feel like you are in the middle of the countryside. We had a short 4-day stay so I would try and catch the ferry to Dieppe, Le Havre, Caen to shorten the trip from Calais.

We drive over from Wales, and knew that nothing was within walking distance. Although the accommodation was in a great location to travel to where we needed to visit. The grounds are beautiful and you are welcome to walk around. The setting was tranquil and the gite was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and only a phone call away. I highly recommend

I loved the property.
I loved the property. It was private and charming and the perfect mini vacation. The proximity to all the memorials like Utah and Omaha Beach was so close, the feel of the gite was so authentic to the area’s history. Loved it.
