Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the two bedroom annexe, small but suitable with ground floor kitchen/diner, separate toilet & shower room with two shower cubicles & double sink. Just bedrooms upstairs. Parking in gravelled car park at rear of adjacent hotel, just up the street (as only hotel’s kitchen loading bay out the back of annexe). Breakfast buffet had good selection of food & drink with machines for coffee/tea & freshly squeezed orange juice.
really nice hotel, perfect location. We were in the region to visit Sancerre, wich was pretty close and in the evening we had an appointment in a 1 star rated Michelin restaurant at less then 10 miles, so perfect. Beds are very comfortable, friendly and accomadating staff, great parking and when travelling with pets, there is nice long walk to do next to the canal. Perfect.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel decor is very nice. I liked the terrasse, the garden and the facts that the rooms had a large balcony each. The breakfast was great!
