The rooms are well designed, good use of space, plenty of room for a bike and luggage and my daughter loved the bunk bed! Breakfast was simple but really good and reasonably priced. Staff were really helpful. The hotel was quiet, no noise from neighbours and is located in a quiet area.

We were welcomed in a very warm way. Florence showed us the central breakfast/relaxation room and later showed us our apartment. The pool is very nice and allowed us to relax and enjoy the sun. As a water treatment professional the host showed me the pool water treatment equipment which I liked. What we enjoyed as well is the fact that in general the materials used are of good quality. Good rainshower, airco working properly, nice sunbeds around the pool, etc. Breakfast was delicious with home-baked pastry every day.

Delightful townhouse tastefully refurbished by the current owners, who are pleasant, welcoming hosts. Bellerive is just across the broad Allier river from Vichy, whose attractive town center is just a 15-minute walk away. Our second floor (first floor European) room and large terrace overlooked the pretty garden at the rear. Free and convenient parking in the courtyard in front. Highly recommended!

I didn't really tour the town as such, I was castle hopping...
I didn't really tour the town as such, I was castle hopping in the surrounding radius of 10-12 miles or so, but I did go into Vichy (just across the river) for gas and food and it's a very accessible area and mid/upscale.

Location is convenient, if travelling north or south. Quiet location, very friendly staff. Hotel did its job - clean and quiet. The village is fine, and was nice to walk around after a long drive, but everything is shut after 7 except the Buffulo Grill, which was a new experience but a godsend and very convenient! If we'd arrived earlier, we would have walked into Vichy, which isn't far if you like walking.
It is fine for a one night stop over but not really for anything longer. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The hotel provides a service to people passing through and we were happy with what we experienced.
Staff were brilliant! Very friendly and helpful.
Stayed at the hotel for the Ironman that was taking place in the town, crucially the hotel staff allowed me to take my bike to room.
