The property is in a residential area away from central Bordeaux but dont be affraid to use the mono rail which is directly behind the proprty, runs every few minutes into the centre and is easy to use by zapping a card and only costs a few euros. Leaving the car in its space was easy and the lift makes taking cases up easy. The appartment is super clean and modern, decorated with very good taste, spacious and light with a balcony. All the fittings are new and work really well. The building is quiet and local, not very touristy but there are local shops within a short walk.
This residence is located just 3 km from Bordeaux city centre. It offers air-conditioned rooms and free on-site parking. Internet access is available.

A very nice apartment with excellent facilities, and ideal for a couple or lone traveller. Located in a pleasant neighbourhood, and close to some local stores. Nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk with frequent services to the main rail station (less than 10 minutes journey time) and to the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay- Bordeaux is a beautiful city and there is much for the visitor to enjoy. Fabrice is a friendly and helpful host, and his excellent English made communication very easy.
Excellent accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, quiet and absolutely spotless, and the equipped kitchenette was a real bonus. The car park was convenient - above ground and with plenty of space and with a coded barrier keeping it secure. Staff on reception were polite and friendly. It's true that the hotel is located in a bit of a scruffy industrial area, but we felt safe enough walking to the tram stations, which were all about a 15 minute or so walk away and took us quickly and cheaply into Bordeaux.
The hotel was modern, impeccably clean, rooms very comfortable & quiet. The staff were so helpful & kind. It was also great to have free & secure parking. We'll definitely stay there again if we visit again & will recommend it to family & friends!
