Good little place, very well equipped, no complaints at all on that front - I could easily live there full time - One small comment - the Garage is reached via a car lift - great ! - BUT getting back into the lift once you have parked and need to access the car again is " interesting" , and getting the car back into the lift, cough, well, I now understand why French cars have dents ..too small for a decent normal sized Northern European cars, put it that way >Merc E etc - Range Rover forget it ! pls publish car garge access and dimensions etc - but, summing up , Great Location, good place to stay, will use again probably.

Beausoleil is a perfect location if you’re visiting Monaco...
Beausoleil is a perfect location if you’re visiting Monaco like I was. It’s literally a few streets across the boarder into France. This is 5/10 mins walk. It’s not advisable if you are not very mobile as there’s a climb of the escalators are not working. Which happened often.

Excellent newly renovated apartment with garden and pool. Everything is new and clean and working well. Excellent value for money in the Monaco area. Walkable to Monte Carlo but steep hills to climb.
I would stay here again next time I come to Monaco.

The views are stunning but can be a lot of walking. Please find and use the buses, lifts and escalators. We discovered them near the end of our trip and we were exhausted with the walking we did in the heat

My experience of Beausoleil was minimal, each morning, I had breakfast and then walked down into Monaco, and the reverse in the evening. Found a nice cafe/bar in the evening for a pre dinner beer.
Main benefit of Beausoleil was its proximity to Monaco
The best location for Monaco ! I know Monaco very well- this is the best location! Just two steps from gare de Monaco (Monaco railway station) up on lift 🛗 and here you are in hotel ! We took a big apartment with two bedrooms, one living room with kitchen and sofa could be one plus bed. So many people can live in such apartment. bathroom and toilet were separated. It was real flat ). All stuff for kitchen is included.
A solid 3 stars, clean and modern, renovated room, quite large.
Garden view for quietness.
Good value breakfast: if you need a bit more food, don't hesitate to ask for an additional pastry.
Location: lifts down to Monaco, casino, the beaches, and bus stop if you want to travel to the centre; public escalator up to restaurants of Beausoleil.
This is a gem right at the border of Monaco
The beds were very comfortable, apartment was clean and had blow dryer , clean towels , and iron and ironing board , which was something we appreciated. You can travel light
Also you had 2 amazing Italian restaurants walking distance Maya Mia and Terrazino ❤️
The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and shower was warm. I also liked having a kitchen for coffee and breakfast. Both a grocery store and pharmacy are located down the street. Having an outdoor terrace is nice as well. We walked everyday to Monaco Old City and Pier.
Everything was perfect. Maya, the host, is lovely lady who keep the apartment super clean and absolutely filled with all necessities that you would or would not think of. Apartment is bigger then I realised in photos. I would recommend it over pricey hotels in the region.
the location is very nice, you have access to restaurants and cafes and supermarkets.in addition, you can plan Monaco trip by walking only.everything thins is near by.the automated stirs make very easy to reach the room with no difficulties.
The hotel is located within walking distance of Monaco Casino, buddha bar, Nobu, and other famous places.
The hotel staff was very Friendly and helpful.

Definitely recommend this place. The loft looks exactly like the pictures and it’s 200m away from Monaco. Price is right as well. Philippe was really helpful and a lovely person.
