A great gem of a place.
The property was previously associated with the Canal Lockgate that runs alongside and has that charming French exterior. Inside is tastefully done and to a high standard. Well thought out decor and functionality. Theres a help yourself breakfast in the Self Cater kitchen. The shared rooms are spacious and comfortable. Im not sure but there maybe private rooms, check the spec.
As hostels go, this was lovely.
Sitting outside in the evening sharing a beer beside the tree lined quiet waters of the canal. Perfect.
