The hosts made us feel very welcome and looked after us very well - nothing was too much trouble. Easy to find close to the main route south towards Turin, but remarkably little traffic noise. Easy car parking on the premises.

We loved the property and can't fault it - it was perfect for our little toddler and so well set up for families (lots of toys and an outdoor play area!). It is modern, spacious and has everything you need. The hosts are really lovely and so helpful. We would love to come back.

Straight off the motorway, easy to find
Comfortable room fabulous bed and pillows plus extra pillows, great big tv. Had the best nights sleep of our whole holiday, if you don’t fancy paying for breakfast there are lots of options surrounding the area

Easy to leave on bikes , they let us park our bikes in the hotel. We had to carry them up a flight of steps. nice enough hotel but standard of 2 star hotel not 3 stars
The Mercure Chambéry Centre is a modern business hotel in the city centre. It is opposite the train station and offers modern and fully soundproofed accommodation.
The hotel is very modern, close to the highway but you do not hear any noise when sleeping. The rooms are very cosy and there are some nice common spaces to spend time and relax. The breakfast area is also very nice as you can eat outside and there are a variety of bakes things availale.
The room was huge. Restaurant was really good. Good choice of food. There were salads, wraps, sandwiches etc to buy to eat or take away. Good prices. Appetising food. Lovely courtyard in middle of hotel.
Bar, Restaurant, open areas were all very nice on a warm evening. Staff were very friendly. Food was good, especially breakfast. The hotel is very well run, with some nice sustainability touches.
Room was good and well decorated, shower also very good with plenty of water and nice materials? the blinders were perfect to finally have a dark room which is unique for a hotel
