It had very good location. Metro was very close and it had super market and bulangery across the street. The rooms were clean and with good spaces. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Disappointing Hotel Experience: Lapses in Basic Services and Service
Our stay at the hotel was marked by a series of inconveniences that unfortunately significantly compromised the quality of service. It is with regret that we share our negative experience, hoping to alert future travelers to the deficiencies we encountered during our 5-day stay.
1. Lack of Closets and Tiny Desk:
We were surprised and disappointed to find no closets in the room and a noticeably small desk. This lack of space negatively impacted our ability to organize our belongings and perform basic tasks.
2. Lack of Regular Cleaning:
Over the five days, room cleaning was neglected, which is unacceptable in any lodging establishment. The lack of regular maintenance compromised the cleanliness and comfort of the environment.
3. Lack of Basic Bathroom Items:
The non-provision of basic items such as a bathroom mat and hygiene amenity kit is a serious flaw that directly affected our lodging experience.
4. Lackadaisical Receptionist Service:
Contrary to expectations generated by previous reviews, the receptionist service fell short. When expressing a preference for communication in Spanish or Portuguese, we noticed a lack of effort to accommodate this request. Additionally, simple greetings like "bonjour" were often ignored, undermining the welcoming atmosphere we expected.
5. Discrepancy Between Price and Quality:
The hotel's cost-benefit ratio is questionable, especially when considering that the quality offered is comparable, or even inferior, to hotels within the same chain, such as Ibis, at a substantially higher price.
In summary, our experience at the hotel was disappointing and not in line with expectations set by previous reviews. We advise caution to future travelers prioritizing quality service and adequate facilities, as we believe the price charged does not reflect the experience provided by the establishment.

We stayed here for one night with our family on our way back home. We had the connecting rooms which was great with the kids. The beds were super comfortable and we also loved taking a dive in the pool after a day spent in the car. Nice experience for us.

Hotel rooms are clean and well presented.
Hotel rooms are clean and well presented. Family of 3 staying in room with bunk bed. Breakfast was very basic continental but we didn’t expect much from a budget hotel, but having Auchan supermarket next door it was great addition. Metro station line12 is 100m from hotel. Takes 25min to central Paris.
Neighbourhood it’s not great but as a single mother I didn’t feel scared walking from the train station after midnight with kids.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel is great, clean and on the budget. What else do you need if you are just going to sleep there.

Terrible, the third night when the mouse appeared I had to leave the location, and the money was not refunded because I did not notify in time, even though I explained that I did not have roaming to call.

I would not recommend this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel. I tried to amend my booking, it took them 6 days to do it by which time I had cancelled and re booked another date. I found the reception staff unhelpful and unfriendly. The only pleasant staff were the security staff.
The location of the hotel is in a very undesirable area and we made the decision to not walk out alone. Having walked from the station to the hotel we felt very vulnerable and if we would have known, never would have walked it! The reason I say this…. As two females travelling alone, we had sleazy comments made to us by groups of men hanging around on the street in various places on the way to the hotel and witnessed drug dealing on the road outside the hotel whilst waiting for our taxi. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realise this is a very deprived area and the hotel is in the middle of it. I appreciate this is not the hotels fault but gives you an idea of the location, which they chose to place themselves. Yes it’s a budget hotel and when you’re inside it is exactly that, but under no circumstances would I ever stay here again. There is construction work under way which we were unaware of and didn’t plan for an early wake up call from loud drilling on the floor below us! For anyone unfortunate enough to book here and they are wishing to travel to the Stade de France like us, it’s a 10 minute taxi ride and cost €10. There’s an ibis much nearer the stadium which I’ve stayed at before and it was very good all round, unfortunately fully booked but 100% better than this one. I don’t usually send reviews but felt this one was necessary. I wish now I would have taken photos to show how run down the outside looks compared to the photos they show online. But I literally couldn’t wait to leave so didn’t think about it until now.

Very deprived area,I was punched by a drug fuelled/drunk local at the zebra crossing outside the hotel, luckily it was a glancing blow so didn’t really hurt. I was approached numerous times for money/cigarettes would strongly advise single travellers to avoid this district I had to be constantly on guard especially at Aubervilliers train station it’s a 30 minute running of the gauntlet from the hotel.
The apartment is very close to the metro station making travel to center of Paris very easy. It comes with a parking space in a secure garage, a rarity in Paris. The neighborhood has several stores around, two regular grocery stores and several ethnic stores. It is a multicultural neighborhood, but I thought it was safe. The apartment has two rooms (kitchen + bedroom) and a bathroom. Overall, everything that is necessary is there. The host is very nice and responsive. I appreciated very clear instructions on how to check in.
Hotel was room only, which I was already aware of. Plenty of options to buy breakfast nearby, as well as having morning drinks/ light bites at the hotel bar also. WIFI was a bonus, easy to connect to, and consistently good. No lift due to the nature of the accommodation, but don't let that put you off, as this to me is a genuine suburban Town House/Hotel, so don't expect 5* accommodation. Location at the terminus of Metro line 12 was ideal! Plenty of shops & good restaurants nearby as well.
The host sent us very clear instructions on how to get into the building, and there was a lock box with the keys by the door.
there were several security doors to the building so it felt very safe and secure.
There is a delicious Patisserie accross from the apartment and a small supermarket too.
Train stations and Metro walking distance/Taxi from the apartment with trains running frequently.
Stade De France also a good proximity to the flat.
The hotel area is pretty safe because it is a new area at that zone. The metro entrance just across the raod for 20 meters. There are many students and residents as commuters everyday. The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. The shower room is in a small size and you have to borrow the hair dryer from the checkin desk.
The location was a little far out but any closer to Paris was much more expensive. The property was a 10 minute walk to subway and had a few take and go places to eat, all middle eastern. There were 2 grocery stores a few minutes walk.
It was very good value. The apartment was clean, secure and had everything we needed for our stay.
Transportation, groceries and restaurants were close, within 10 minute walk.
Stade de France is 15-20 minutes walk. Easy to get to.
Currently the price is very high in Paris, this was the cheapest I could find. For 2 star hotel it was clean, cleaner than few 3-4 star hotels I visited. The facility was minimal but enough for a night.
10 mins walk to the metro station. Then the metro can go directly to Paris center. Approx 50 mins. The area is very quiet and secure. Many small shops nearby to buy water, drinks, snacks, food etc.
Easy access from the metro and took around 20 mins to Gare du Nord, used this hotel for a quick one night stopover
No thrills style Hotel as you'd expect but clean and decent shower
