Great little chain hotel in Arnage on the outskirts of Le Mans. The rooms are "basic" ensuite - but very clean and comfortable. There is a reastaurant on site which serves very reasonable evening meals and breakfast. It also has secure car parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming and made the stay a pleasure. Great place for a stopover or short stay.
Located next to Gémerie Lake, Hotel Inn Design Resto Novo is a 10-minute drive from Le Mans centre town. Free private parking is available on site and the hotel has a French restaurant on site.

The stay was perfect. Ludo and Sandra were very nice and very helpful. The property is lovely and is large with a pool and new bathroom facilities. Large grounds, easy parking and is a perfect location for Le Mans and Arnage.

everything as it should be, clean etc. Great access to city center and tram stop next door. Despite being by the railway there was no noise at all.

A nice Campanile with good food and comfortable beds.This is obviously a popular area as there are several hotels adjacent but was very quiet when we have stayed in May and September. It’s a bit far off the peage but an easy drive and the sat nav finds it.
Worth checking what is on at the racetrack if you are not staying there for an event.
I was extremely pleasantly surprised of the rooms! The quality the comfort . They were not very large but more than enough!
The staff was friendly the breakfast not elaborate but of good quality . Parking on premise and a larger one nextdoor

The hotel is basic but has the facilities you need for an overnight stopover. Although it's in an industrial estate it backs onto a lake with lots of green space which is great for a family to let off steam after the long drive from the UK.
Breakfast was extra but a good selection.

We decided to spend the morning visiting the Le Mans circuit and museum and the hotel was very well located for that.
Good location en route to Spain from the UK. Nicely situated by a pretty lake. Comfortable and clean no frills rooms, good dinner menu and good breakfast selection. Very pleasant staff. Good wifi reception throughout the hotel.

I stay there often when travelling past Le Mans. It's a very nice, pet-friendly little hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. There's also great dog walking facilities there .. a beautiful little lake and beach.
