Very Little people talking outside our room until 11:30 midnight poor quality breakfast staff looked miserable. Felt dirty.The worst Ibis we have stayed in !

Great little chain hotel in Arnage on the outskirts of Le Mans. The rooms are "basic" ensuite - but very clean and comfortable. There is a reastaurant on site which serves very reasonable evening meals and breakfast. It also has secure car parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming and made the stay a pleasure. Great place for a stopover or short stay.
Located next to Gémerie Lake, Hotel Inn Design Resto Novo is a 10-minute drive from Le Mans centre town. Free private parking is available on site and the hotel has a French restaurant on site.

The stay was perfect. Ludo and Sandra were very nice and very helpful. The property is lovely and is large with a pool and new bathroom facilities. Large grounds, easy parking and is a perfect location for Le Mans and Arnage.

A nice Campanile with good food and comfortable beds.This is obviously a popular area as there are several hotels adjacent but was very quiet when we have stayed in May and September. It’s a bit far off the peage but an easy drive and the sat nav finds it.
Worth checking what is on at the racetrack if you are not staying there for an event.
Stayed in this hotel many times now, as location is perfect when driving to/from France. Good breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds and a very nice powerful shower.
I forgot my hand bag in the restaurant after dinner, and I did not even realise until next morning. I was horrified and did not think I would ever find it. BUT staff had found it and put it in a locker, so my bag was returned to me next morning. This was a massive plus for me, as it definitely means the place is safe. Will stay again many more times.
This hotel is basic but comfortable. It's a little dated and the shower needs updating as it was difficult to get in and out as it has a slippy floor. The bed was comfortable and was okay for an overnight stay. The parking was good and well-lit. The rooms are like chalets rather than inside hotel rooms.
Easy to reach as a stopover , basic but exactly what we needed, with comfortable bed, good shower, very good for the pets and a good area to walk the dogs next to the hotel.

Nice hotel by a large lake, so you can walk round it. Pleasant rooms, very comfy bed and a bath as well as a shower. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent with huge choice and some very tasty cheeses and pickles.
Bar area clean and tidy and staff attentive. The hotel is in a quiet spot next to a lake and for the cost you get a comfortable bed and good service. The staff are all friendly and do their best to help.
