Very Little people talking outside our room until 11:30 midnight poor quality breakfast staff looked miserable. Felt dirty.The worst Ibis we have stayed in !

Great little chain hotel in Arnage on the outskirts of Le Mans. The rooms are "basic" ensuite - but very clean and comfortable. There is a reastaurant on site which serves very reasonable evening meals and breakfast. It also has secure car parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming and made the stay a pleasure. Great place for a stopover or short stay.
Located next to Gémerie Lake, Hotel Inn Design Resto Novo is a 10-minute drive from Le Mans centre town. Free private parking is available on site and the hotel has a French restaurant on site.

Location was super, our hosts Olivier and Karen were amazing and the breakfast was fit for royalty.

A nice Campanile with good food and comfortable beds.This is obviously a popular area as there are several hotels adjacent but was very quiet when we have stayed in May and September. It’s a bit far off the peage but an easy drive and the sat nav finds it.
Worth checking what is on at the racetrack if you are not staying there for an event.
I was looking for basic accommodation near the Le Mans 24 hr circuit and this hotel fitted the brief excellently. Free on-site parking and a good breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The evening meal at the hotel was good value and it was only a short walk into Arnage village where several other restaurants are located. I would definitely stay here again.
Good location en route to Spain from the UK. Nicely situated by a pretty lake. Comfortable and clean no frills rooms, good dinner menu and good breakfast selection. Very pleasant staff. Good wifi reception throughout the hotel.
The stay was perfect. Ludo and Sandra were very nice and very helpful. The property is lovely and is large with a pool and new bathroom facilities. Large grounds, easy parking and is a perfect location for Le Mans and Arnage.
