There were renovations going on within the hotel so if you wanted to rest during working hours it was noisy. My room had a balcony which had a lovely view of the church next door and the river. I enjoyed doing laundry and having the balcony to hang my clothes for drying. I was tired from my hike so I ate at the hotel’s restaurant. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. It was easy to pick up the Camino route from the hotel too.

The room was clean comfortable and well appointed if a little dated. Very comfortable bed.

Lovely view from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. very near the old town of Comborro which is worth a visit. Room cleaned and fresh sheets everyday. Would say value for money.
Located in a tranquil area of Poio in the Rías Bajas of Galicia, this hotel boasts views of the sea, and is just a short walk from Campelo town centre and close to the beach.
Genuinely kind and helpful people and the beautiful view makes this an excellent base to explore Pontevedra by car. The pool and the garden were so peaceful after a long day exploring.
The hotel and rooms are older, but perfectly clean and more than adequate. You can hear noises from other rooms easily, but most people were quiet after midnight. The rooms at the back have a lovely view and are quiet.
Great treat for pilgrims - for a little more than a hostel you can have a private room and a pool.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
The place is super old, you can see it needs a nice repair. It’s located next to a very busy local road, but you can’t feel the noise in the rooms facing the pool. Gloria runs everything with so much love, it automatically brings the hotel to another level. Yes, it’s old and sometimes moldy, yes there is no sound insulation, yes the shower leaks a lot. But they have constant customers that seems to be friends with Gloria, or so they are treated. You are treated with dignity, unlike in some better looking hotels
Fantastic little hotel with great rooms & views. I had a private double room, with private bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub and enjoyed a warm bath after a long day of walking on the Camino. I had a beautiful view of the water and could watch the sea life and tide coming in. I had a balcony where I spent the afternoon making my art. Really was a perfect setting and place to rest my head. Weather did not permit me to use the pool. Great courtyard and yard. Staff were helpful and kind.
The lake side of this hotel was a great experience .
Watching the tide change over acres was a highlight of our Camino . Fascinating to watch . The bar on the same side of street makes very good burgers .
The service was great .
The pool and facilities were clean .
The view was again exceptional on lake side .
Quiet on that side also from road traffic . Very reasonable priced .
This was a great place to stay. The room overlooked the swimming pool and once our hiking boots were off, we were straight in the pool.
The staff were all super friendly. For a great evening meal we went across the road to the hotel next to the BB gas station.
In the morning we had a great Las Islas breakfast and could quickly rejoin the Camino Trail five minutes walk away.
Great value, good garden and pool to relax in. Nice estuary view. No food offering when I stayed but the other hotel and café nearby are good and convenient. There is an easy link to join the Camino from opposite the hotel but not well marked...it's on the other hotels website.
Perfect service for super and fair price, great staff, free room upgrade, nice pool, hotel is in really nice condition. I can recommend the Café Bar O Morruncho (200 meters from the hotel) for dinner/breakfast. DO NOT go to the Hotel San Luis, poor quality and overpriced.
It was a beautiful old hotel overlooking a tidal estuary north of Arcade. My room overlooked the lovely courtyard and there was a nice nature walk just outside. The staff was wonderful. It's a little outside the town but worth it!
Las Islas is run more like an apartment hotel where the staff go home at night. It has a large swimming pool and garden and is close to the beach. There are no food options. Parades has a bar and another hotel. Both serve food.
This hotel was perfect after a long day on the camino. The staff were super friendly, and offered us some food even though we arrived really late. The room was spacious and nice. Highly recommended!
Nice good value hotel. Our second floor room had a balcony overlooking the pool ,garden ,and the estuary . The staff were helpful with dining options and Camino directions. We enjoyed our stay.
Excellent place to stay and has a lovely meal in the hotel at night and an excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Good place to stay and not too far from the camino route (10 min walk).
The hotel is still be renovated. Unfortunately we were still given an old room with old stained carpet. To make up for this we were given dinner free of charge. Also given two twin beds.
Everything was PERFECT! The staff was friendly, kind and respectful. Our breakfast was delicious! This hotel and staff was the best stay on the Camino!
