We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean, even had two sinks, which is perfect as the room fits up to 5 people. Location close to the airport and parking for free next to the house. We also used the common kitchen, which was well-equipped. Hosts were super welcoming.

The hotel was ideally situated for our touring needs. We walked through the park to the Guggenheim Museum and used the tram service back. The staff accommodating and the room was changed without question when we asked for a city view.

Friendly efficient staff who were great at giving information about Bilbao.
The hotel is well placed for the shops, bars, places of interest in the old town such as Plaza Nueva, cathedral, Mercado de la Ribera. It is only ten minutes by tram to the Guggenheim museum. It is only a ten minute walk to Café Iruna, Bar Basque. The Museum of Fine Arts is twenty minutes walk.
