Rivas is a town in the suburbs of Madrid. Very recent explosion of young families and home-owners. Has a wide and good variety of night-life options along with very good choice for restaurants alike. You also can visit the local shopping complex for clothes, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Decathlon too for the sports fans and situated beside natural parks for runners, walker or just a stroll at any time of the day.

The hotel service is quite nice and there is a big parking space attached to the hotel. The hotel is clean (not quite new, but still), you can easily find a supermarket with a couple of restaurants (just some fast food and one Mexican) nearby. Please, mind, that the hotel is quite far from the Madrid city and you need a car to get there
The rooms were clean and airy, the breakfast was lovely, the staff made us very welcome. It was a lovely hotel.
We travelled on motorbikes so was pleased to know they locked gates at night for safety, one staff member joked with us to see who was faster me or husband, he thought it was great to have a woman arrive on her own motorbike.
The selection of food was nice, but some of the hot dishes looked not very tasty.
The cleaning was done very respectfully with our belongings. The shower pressure was very good and the shampoo and shower gel smelled nicely. Although the hotel is situated right off the highway, it is not very loud.
There are convenient amenities nearby, such as a supermarket, McDonald's, and Burger King, which is very helpful. The area around the hotel seems good and is easily accessible for those traveling by car. The room is spacious, featuring a double bed and a sofa bed.
Sercotel AB Rivas is my go-to hotel for an overnight before and after long flights. It's very comfortable, friendly, and clean. The parking lot is huge and free. I don't worry about my car there. MAD is about a 20-minute drive.
Not a full English but filled a hole nice big bed quiet and clean staying again in June on the way home and would stay again no problem would recommend it to anyone who needs a good hotel
Room was OK however, the bathroom sink was cracked and the toilet seat damaged. Apart from that everything was fine. It certainly wont effect me booking with this hotel for future stays.
Facilities were great, nice area and safe if you have kids, the room was very clean, parking around the hotel is easy and there is so much space! Price was quite good!
