The receptionist (a girl) was extremely helpful. She took me to the parking lot (long walk) even though this is a pretty big place (it's easy to get lost inside).
The place is very modern, efficient and quiet. My room was well designed. I went there with my... cat who enjoyed the place as it was very quiet. It is also located in an area where it is easy to park outside (but they also offer parking inside). There are many malls around to buy food and all kinds of stuff. You can walk or drive there.
Great for a stopover in Madrid. I will be back.

We Only stayed for one night on our way home so we didn’t have time to visit the town, it’s very near the Motorway so very easy to find and also a petrol station near the hotel with prices much cheaper than the motorway.
We had lovely tapas in the snack bar attached to the hotel, around the corner is a bar/restaurant but they stopped serving at 4pm the day we arrived and down the road there is a McDonalds and Burger King.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was closed, but that wasn't a problem as there are 4 or 5 eating places 2 or 3 hundred meter further up the road. The breakfast was super good, would highly recommend as a transit stop for heading further south

Excellent staff and service.
Excellent staff and service. Perfect bed and good airy rooms. Excellent position of hotel as we disembarked from Bilbao ferry ⛴ and needed a break before heading down to Sucina. Same coming back north good stopover point.

We loved this hotel! Everything was perfect for us. It was located directly on our bicycle route with a big grocery store a short walk away. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable and even had a little fridge to cool our drinks. The check in was easy and the woman at reception was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, there was a storeroom at reception where our bicycles were safely parked overnight.
Good sized bedroom and bathroom with all the facilities that we require. Bed is very large and nicely firm. Adjacent bar/restaurant was okay for our needs. We have stayed here a number of times when it was an Ibis and it is just as good which we were pleased to see. The secure parking is a definite must for us.
Nice hotel close to airport.
Breakfast seemed a bit confusing. We hadn't paid but could choose between continental and full depending on price. But you were only allowed 1 coffee, 1 bun or toast if you chose continental and were not allowed the meats or fruit. 😕 Strange concept.
We'd chose this hotel among others due to better opinions about the breakfast. Room was nice and relaxing, bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast are not so rich but worth buying. Coffee is not the best, but it's normal in Spain :).
I would stay next time too.
Hotel was very nice - all individual bungalows and a very nice surrounding. We were attending a wedding at the place and that’s why we have stayed there for a night. Swimming pool was nice but only had limited hours 12-15 and 16-20
Cleanest Hotel room I have been in and great sized bed and very good sized room.
Restaurant next door was excellent with good choice of dishes 2x aperitif two first courses and two mains with bottle of nice wine €69.great valur
Excellent hotel for midway stop with our dog. Room clean huge comfy bed and lovely power shower. Just what we needed after a long drive. Restaurant next door good food for reasonable price.
