The alarm went off at 3 in the morning. No staff was available and we were two hours on the street with no staff. There was a refund for the night. However, they need staff available if something happens at night.
Location and staff are great. They need someone living 15 minutes drive from the property to be available if something happens at night. The rooms looking at the see are impressive.

There are beautiful beaches and places to visit, however, it is complicated without a car. The local buses timetable is confusing and the information in internet is misleading. There is no way to know when to take a bus at any bus stop to the town of A Coruña or to the north area of Oleiros.
The location was good, a 5 min walk to the beach, and just few miles away from A Coruña.
Lots of amenities close from the hotel and good breakfast places around.
Bed were comfortable as the room as well.
