I have a stressful job at home so wanted some peace and quiet away from traditional tourist hotspots, this place is just that. Amazing balcony which gets sun until about 2pm, with the sea right in front of you. There are a couple of restaurants/bars close by and supermarkets a 1.5km walk along the seashore. This old finca has a lovely, cosy feel. Nestled between La Oliva and Villaverde it's quiet and secluded, but with great restaurants and shops within easy reach, as well as trails and mountain wilderness within walking distance. Sunsets in the garden are magical, and Maurizio the host (and his dog Sissi) could not have been more friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped and the internet is lightening fast if you need to work. Buses into Corralejo and Cotillo are swift, cheap and regular. A proper home away from home.
