Quim and Evi were of genuine kindness, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We do not speak any Spanish, so communicating was a bit difficult, but we always managed to get somehow understood and the service was great.The breakfast was amazing, containing fresh quality products only. It would be useful to put English or French translations of the names of the products on a list, though, as we did not always know what we were eating ;-) but that was not a problem, rather an exciting culinary discovery. Spa facilities looked really nice but would have necessitated some time for heating. I would have loved to have a dip into to the pool, but it was too cold which is a pity. But it is true we did our booking in the last minute, and for February, so I can understand this. For spring/summer season, I think it woud be great if your spa facilities could be included in the room price instead of costing extra - that would be good value for money for your clients. The location is great, the village is lovely, the hosts are very friendly and the facilities are new and very good. There is also a small pool outside which must be great in the summer. The bathroom is not small and the shower works wonderfully. Also, they separate the waste, which is great.

We were gone before breakfast time so can’t comment on that but overall it was an excellent property. There was 5 of us and the room was really well appointed for all of us.

I liked the location and the shuttle service was great! Also the spa was nice but the sauna was very hot (90 degrees Celsius) and it didn’t have water to throw on the rocks to make it more humid.
