The lady of the house was very helpful and opened up the restaurant for us and prepared an excellent dinner! - really lovely and great value. Small room but cozy. Ok bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was again served in the beautiful, underground restaurant 👌

Location is excellent. Guys on the reception desk were really nice and helpful in finding me a taxi at 03:00 after midnight. All in all, a very nice place to stay for a few days.

The location was fantastic to attend a conference at the University of Alcalá (Escuela Politecnica). The room was comfy. The reception was very helpful and the breakfast was at continental standard level.

Terrible small town, with nothing there, I mean nothing! A commuter town for Madrid, but really one (very male) tawdry bar was all that was open. Thank heavens for El Pontifical - the only place worth visiting in this town - great food, hospitality and rooms.
