As my flight arrived early morning, I was at the hoteI by 10:30 am. As check-in wasn't until 3pm, staff at hotel Reception gave me access to a shoeer and changing room on arrival. My luggage was stored in a lock-up until my room was ready. I was able to avail of any of the hotel's facilities in the meantime. I loved the huge variety of foods that were on offer for breakfast and dinner each day. The staff in the dining room/restaurant were ever so pleasant and friendly whilst working but no matter how busy, they always had time to say hello and smile. My room was in a very quiet location, which is what I had requested as I am a very light sleeper. I had wonderful sleeps for the full week that I stayed. My room was spotless and had lovely lighting options and AC. I actually liked the fact that the hotel was a distance away from the main strip. This was the first time that I had done so and found some nice bars/supermarkets locally which were most helpful. Taxis to/from the main strip/beach only €3.50 max so the hill that might challenge parents with babies in buggies or people with mobility issues had the option of getting a taxi. Taxis are there in abundance. All in all, I had a wonderful week in Hotel THB Flora and will return next Summer for sure!

Room was very spacious and modern and even had a balcony which we didn’t expect. Rooftop pool and great location can walk to the castle, marina and open mall. Beautiful beach on the doorstep!! Check out was at 12pm which was great as a lot of places are usually 10am. Our flight wasn’t till 9:15pm and they kept our luggage for us safely for over 7 hours while we went out to explore. The staff were brilliant and majority spoke some English so that was a bonus. Somehow I lost the room key card and gave us a replacement immediately with no issues.

The public areas were smart and modern. The pool area on the 2nd floor was visually stunning with plenty of seating/sunbathing areas.the food and restaurant on this floor were amazing.
The cafe/restaurant in the 17th floor had amazing views and again the food was good.
Situated on Los Pocillos Beach, the Canarian-style Los Jameos Playa offers outdoor pools surrounded by palm trees and 4 tennis courts.

Really lovely hotel, it was spotlessly clean, all cleaning teams very visible and friendly, reception team were lovely and very helpful, they even organised a gift for my friends son as it was his birthday which was a lovely surprise.
Pool was great and again very clean. Lots of chose with food and drinks throughout the day. would recommend this hotel.

This is a great location for a quite holiday.
This is a great location for a quite holiday. No loud bars or clubs , lovely restaurants and bars .Beautiful sunsets every evening. Great accommodation.
However. I never got the Taxi I booked through Bookings .com. Apparently the were at the Airport when my flight was leaving Ireland and on at the arrival time. Now I have never had any issue with Bookings.com. BUT I got absolutely no satisfaction what so ever for my complaint. So paid up front for my pick up. Then had to pay again because I had no pick up. I would also like to point out that I contacted the Bookings.com chat support on the morning I was traveling to inform them that the taxi company had mailed me to say they would be collecting me at 2.05pm.This was the flight time from Ireland.They assured me all would be fine. I wont be using the bookings.com taxi service again.

We found all the calm and peace we needed at this cosy apartment. The location is fantastic: just 5 walking minutes away from a wonderful beach and a shopping area with plenty of restaurants, shops, a small super-market and even a car rental office. The facilities in the apartment are great: everything is brand new and we found everything we needed. The wi-fi connection was surprisingly fast and we could even hold zoom meetings with a quality beyond our expectations!
