This was a great place to stay out of the main tourist beat! Away from the pools and resorts and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Kitchen and laundry line both also very helpful if travelling on a budget.

The appartment exactly looks like as it’s on the photos on booking.com. It was cosy and restaurants, shop, cafes were nearby. It’s in a small fishing village, so it’s really quiet and calm. We spent a week here.

La Santa is seeing more investment. It is a simple village in a great location. There are some great restaurants and two bakeries that offer great value & great coffee. Having a car here is probably best option, but there is a bus service. Superb wild coast walks. Nice & quiet. A good place to base yourself on the island.
