Communication with hotel good. The hotel was excellent and was in a great location for sightseeing in the local area - all within walking distance. Very clean throughout and the room had a great view and facilities. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The staff are also very helpful and professional. Had a great two night stay.

At first we were put in the most miserable room I've ever seen. It was an accessible room that was so grim, more like a hostel, at the end of a corridor on the 5th floor with not even a kettle. The wet room was dark, grimy with a pull down blind - very grubby. Fortuntely when we went back to reception a very nice person put us in a very pleasant room with a kettle, fridge, pleasant bathroom etc.
