Loved the lady at the reception, the peope at the desk were very welcoming, nothing was problem, they let us park in front of the hotel. Cool place, near the centre and restaurants and pubs.

The hotel is located a short walk, about 15 mins from Markina-Xemein. If you are on foot using Google maps, ignore the direction to walk up the road and take the trail up along the river. Much safer and a lovely walk where you might spot deer if you are lucky.
The hotel is located in a restored industrial building, full of character and quirky charm. The staff made us feel very welcome on arrival. Our room was on the first floor and was very comfortable. The shower was one of the best we have found anywhere.
We had dinner in the hotel and choices ranged from their own range of pizzas to a more traditional menu. We had a set menu for two which included a salad to start with entrecote for the main course. We shared brownie for desert which was just as well as it was large and very rich. Breakfast next morning was generous with a range of pastries, toast, meats, fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Coffee was good as well. All in all, a real treat.

Good size,comfortable room with fabulous shower. Amazing views, lovely to sit out on the terrace for beers in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff, excellent secure bicycle storage and good, fast wifi.

The location was perfect for our needs,it was an easy walk into Eibar and the transport links to bilbao were fantastic. The staff were really friendly especially the girl on reception who gave us a fantastic first impression
Beautiful hotel in the hills. Staff were extremely friendly. Our room was superb with amazing views - almost floor to ceiling windows. The location was great for walking or cycling if you like epic climbs. Breakfast was basic but enough and the evening meals were great.
The hotel is in a good position, just outside the motorway. Very clean and tidy place . The staff is very attentive and helpful. And the restaurant make really good food (short selection though) . The restaurant staff very friendly.
The reception staff were genuinely friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and tidy everywhere. Check in easy, and efficiently-done. The room was spacious and there were elec. sockets near the bed,, for phone-charging etc.
I liked everything, location,hotel,people only slight point ( not complaint) dinner not served till 8pm a little late in my opinion,will definitely stay again not to far from motorway if travelling deep into Spain
