I used the hotel as a base for going to a gig at the Colloseum. Walkable and plenty of bars nearby.

The alarm went off at 3 in the morning. No staff was available and we were two hours on the street with no staff. There was a refund for the night. However, they need staff available if something happens at night.
Location and staff are great. They need someone living 15 minutes drive from the property to be available if something happens at night. The rooms looking at the see are impressive.
