That place is nothing like a Marriott or Hilton or the sort. It is family run and the staff is just very nice.
Do not expect the maximum comfort but even so rooms are very good, breakfast excellent and the location is superb.
It is also nice and quiet! I book for next year, no doubt about that !

Everything went so well!
- Stunning property. I think I stayed in a "single" room, but it was enormous and luxurious.
- Loved roaming the castle walls, listening to the waves, gazing at the Cies Islands in the distance. Sunset to die for. I'm so glad I cut short my stage from A Guarda to Baiona with a taxi from Oia because I really enjoyed my afternoon roaming here. Consider a rest day here to really enjoy it.
- If you are wondering if this hotel is worth a little splurge as a Camino Pilgrim - it absolutely is! Don't miss out!
- Reception offered to provide the breakfast as a picnic when I mentioned leaving early. It was very generous in size and options! So much so I actually had to make some sacrifices before I left town because it was a bit heavy.
- I really recommend this hotel highly and hope I can return!

Baiona is one of the most beautiful areas I have ever experienced. Northern Spain as a whole is a delight but Baiona is absolutely lovely and is a good base for accessing other parts of the north of the country. It is also located on the Camino so is a great base for walkers. The walking in this particular area is flat so is accessible to all. Plenty of excellent eateries serving a wide range of dishes but specialising in fish/shellfish dishes and tapas. Foodies will not be disappointed! Baiona is easy walking, a delight for the eyes and the senses. The walk around the coastal path that takes you around the base of the Parador is superb with superb views of the Cies islands. What a stunning area. Do visit if you can, you will not be disappointed! We were touring and spent four nights there... it was not long enough. We very rarely visit the same place twice... I would go back there tomorrow!!

Nice town.
Nice town. The Spanish stick to the legend that America was "discovered" other than invaded and robbed, but that's just the Spanish "interpretation" of Columbus's journey. Visit the castle. Eat the local sea food.

Good facilities in the town and lots to do in the surrounding area. Would recommend hiring bikes from La Pedaleria - excellent bikes and very good value and lovely to ride along the flat cycle route stopping off at the beautiful beaches. Santiago is beautiful and well worth visiting for the day. Also beautiful mountains and we found some lovely mountain pools to swim in.

The Virxe da Rocha and the views from there are a must!
The Virxe da Rocha and the views from there are a must! The Fortaleza and the route are great, and so is the Castle! You can also go for a walk to the riverfront and enjoy the sea breeze and a fantastic view of the sea. The old city has very nice bars and restaurants, although barely any vegetarian options! If the weather is nice there are many nice beaches around, but if it isn't you can still stroll around and have fun at the bars and restaurants!
The beautiful location and garden. The grandeur of the hotel, the parlour and dining areas with views of the garden. What was truly outstanding was the kindness and caring of the owner and his daughter. Their passion and commitment is exceptional. They were attentive to their guests, while leading and teaching the others. Everyone we encountered was extra helpful. The breakfast was so delicious. The pastry was fabulous and the offerings included some Galician specialties I will never forget.
The boat is modern, the beds are confortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the view is nice and the area is very quiet at night.
The host responded very rapidly to all questions and was very helpful.
The location is in the center of Baiona so it is very easy to go and eat or go to the beach and it is very quiet at night.
Comfortable room in the center of Baiona, perfect when walking the Camino. Our room was nicely decorated and bigger than we had expected. It also included a fan, which is great for keeping things cool at night. Very convenient for restaurants and also for the beach (just a block a way). Good value.
It was a wonderful house very well situated for exploring Baiona Centre or traveling to one of the easy reach bays.
The house is beautifully done. Exceptionally clean and all mid cons. Easily one of the nicest houses I've ever stated in.
Just perfect. Baiona what a great place!
The location was great - the hotel was almost directly on the Camino in the city center. We were warmly welcomed by the staff the moment we arrived - it felt like coming home. Dinner in the restaurant on the first floor was also exceptional.
Hotel was clean and tidy but a bit dated but met our needs after walking part of The Camino - It was comfortable and breakfast for 5 euro was excellent. The host made us feel very welcome and even delivered our cases to our room
Great place , view and location. The best in Baiona. The staff very kind and gently. The breakfast was awesome. The kids were enjoying all the stay. We use the swimming pool also.
Incredible stay. Hope to be back soon.
It is located at the center of city Baiona. Also there are many shops and restaurants around it. The room is big enough and clean with many towers.
Next time, if I traveled around there, I would book the same hotel.
This is the best short-term rental I've ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. The owner went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We might come back to Spain just to stay with her.
The location is at the city center and it was easy to walk around and explore Baiona. The beds are clean and comfortable. The room had water, coffee and tea making facilities. The staff were very helpful.
Perfect location in Baiona for pilgrims walking the Camino. It located right across from the harbor and 1/2 block from the lively street of tapas and vinos. This little hotel is fabulous.
Perfect stop for pilgrims right off the Camino. Has everything pilgrims or backpackers need, including laundry. Great location to access restaurants and shops of Baiona
