Hostess was really helpful, bringing her son to help translate since my Spanish was not good nor was her English. She responded immediately to requests. Windows and doors blocked majority of sounds of restaurants and bars nearby. Has no trouble sleeping. Wonderful to have a washer and dryer - huge bonus!
