I love the location but the cleanliness is not that professional. When we arrived at the room, the toilet bowl was not clean. The staff at the restaurant were bad and accused us that we are bringing food outside when we have not done anything. Thats so unprofessional.

The luxury of it the swimming pool area the whole surroundings of this hotel and the location. The room is nice well equipped English channels on the tv considering it's a German resort. The food is amazing from breakfast and dinner meals are well prepared and expertly laid out the staff are so nice and helpful in the reception and the restaurant .would stay here again it's location is definitely a help 10-12 minutes from the airport.
