Very nice girl on reception who was very friendly and professional. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. It was spacious room quiet and peaceful. Facilities were good with a swimming pool but didn’t have the chance to use. Only stayed overnight was a nice stop on the Camino.

Quiet location . Good WiFi and phone coverage for work . Pools looked nice . Easy walk into town . Main restaurant food was good . Liked being able to open my window . Staff all very helpful . Courtyard area was lovely to sit in to eat . Two tour groups while we were there . Trafalga and Viking . Good breakfast with a chef too.

The location was good. Close to plaza but not in plaza. More quiet. The room was big with the view of street. Bedding and towel good. The breakfast was better than expected since I read some bad review about the breakfast. They provided various protein, fruits and bread options. The building is quite old and the wood stairways are beautiful. It was a good stay! They provide water everyday.

Great location, clean and new. Parking isn’t a real problem considering location and Santiago de Compostela is a special town.

Room was very good and good value. Bar was nice and location close to airport and local bus to Santiago. Good restaurant in hotel and also very good restaurant across the road.

Mary, the receptionist, was excellent and made you feel very welcome to the hotel. Also, the guy on night duty was very pleasant to us when we arrived at the hotel after the late night delay on our flight.
