Great bedrooms quiet and restful. Owner so helpful when we arrived. It was at the weekend and everything looks closed but she was there to check us in. Be mindful that the name above the hotel/hostel may not be what you are looking for.

Location with a short walk down the hill and along the river to the Old Town. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, spacious with a sustainable energy programme. Great choices for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect. Kevin the trainee on the front desk was excellent, friendly and professional. Maria on the other hand was extremely rude and unhelpful. Kevin should give her some training. Hotel was clean.

Great location very central. Good size rooms. Clean and quiet, haven’t heard any noise from neighbours rooms. Nice shower also has very good hair dryer . Comfy mattress and pillows. Also good air con. Nice staff help is with restaurant bookings.

Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located at the border of the Casco Viejo in beautiful Bilbao. But what I’d like to mention in particular is the human factor. The staff is so warm, friendly and helpful. My mom had a little misadventure when she got robbed of her phone in a bar and a lady (whose name unfortunately I don’t know!) at the desk helped her and most of all consoled her in a very nice way. These are the kind of people you’d like to meet on your way. Thank you, we’ll be back!
